Founder & Project Manager
Dancer, Performer, Art and Cultural Manager, Choreographer and Artistic Director.
With long experience in the live performance on stage and back stage. He developed organisational and managerial skills beside his artistic path from the last 12 years of experience as profesional dancers on stage. He has deep knowledges in Music, Dance, Musical Theatre and Opera. Specialized in organization of cultural and artistic events, Galas, choreographic projects and Festivals. He has an in-depth knowledge of the international cultural environment that he has gained thanks to significant collaborations and prestigious assignments, both public and private.
He is currently employed as a dancer at the Theater Magdeburg.
Over the past 10 years, following his graduation from the Vienna State Opera Ballet Academy, while working as a dancer in various European companies, he developed an interest in production management, which led him to collaborate closely with all the various departments of the theatre as dancer rappresentative, project and events coordinator, choreographer and choreographic assistant. To further develop his abilities and tools as manager in the cultural area he graduated at the IULM University in “Arts, performance and cultural events”. At the moment he is following the Master Degree curses in Arts & Cultural Management at the Leuphana University Luneburg.
Since season 2023, he has taken on organisational responsibilities for Ballet Theatre Magdeburg working side by side with the ballet Director Jörg Mannes, meanwhile continuing his career as a dancer in the same company.
The time spent in the German theatre system allowed him to dig deeply in the contractual laws and being aware of the different rules and approch which established the structure of a complicated machine as the one of a theatre.
Additionally, he coordinated several freelance projects as a manager and artistic director for both private and public institutions in Italy, Poland, Germany and Switzerland. He took care of the organizational part of the projects, the economic relationships and the stipulation of contractual agreements with the artists and with the entities with which he collaborated. Among them: Art Gallery Triestecontemporanea, Teatro Stabile "IlRossetti" of Trieste, Kunstmuseum Kloster unser Lieben Frauen in Magdeburg, Opera Hause Theatre Magdeburg, Polish Dance Theatre, Val Poschiavo Festival “Giardini Incantati”.
From 2018 to 2023 he has been in charge of the artistic direction of LEDA leading multidisciplinary projects that unite the world of choreography, acting, music, video art, writing, with the need to contemplate all these artistic forms on the same level without prevailing of one on the other. The interaction with the technological aspect has become fundamental and increasing interest for his artistic and creative development.
In addition, he developed different experiences as a choreographer, always focusing on an artistic interaction with the dancers and bilateral development of choreographic work; he worked as choreographer with many renowned institutions as: Semperoper Dresden, Wroclaw Ballet, Teatro Stabile "IlRossetti" of Trieste, Kunstmuseum Kloster unser Lieben Frauen in Magdeburg, Opera Hause Theatre Magdeburg, Polish Dance Theatre. Upcoming work at Oper Köln and for the Ballett Theatre Magdeburg.
He created a strong net of contacts with artists and managers from Italy, Germany, Poland, Switzerland and Austria. The development of this connection made him able to learn from big names in the fields of the management. As a mentor Stefano Curti organisational director from “Il Rossetti” who trusted him first as artistic director of two very successful Ballet Gala night called “Corpi in Fuga”.
Since March 2024 he founded EIDART, Agency for artistic and cultural events with aim to grow the net of contacts and increase the project production.

Artistic Advisor
Gennaro (Naples, 1998), began his training at the Centro Regionale della Danza “Lyceum” under the direction of Mara Fusco, where he studied until the age of 15. He was then admitted to several European dance schools and moved to Dresden to attend the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden. He continued his studies at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm, where he graduated while also taking part in ballet productions with the Royal Swedish Ballet.
At 18, he joined the company of the State Theatre of Augsburg under the direction of Robert Conn, quickly distinguishing himself as a soloist. He later moved to Theater Hagen, where he remained for five seasons, working under the artistic direction of Alfonso Palencia and Marguerite Donlon. There, he enriched his repertoire as a soloist, collaborating with numerous choreographers including Itzik Galili, Cayetano Soto, Marguerite Donlon, Alejandro Cerrudo, Kevin O’Day, among others.
While in Hagen, he created his first choreography, Serotonin, for four dancers, and developed a strong interest in theater management, serving as production director for two productions. During this period, he also collaborated with the Donlon Dance Company, both as a dancer and as a production manager.
He continued his dance career at Theater Magdeburg under the direction of Jörg Mannes, where he performed as a soloist in numerous creations by Mannes himself, as well as in works by artists such as Edward Clug, Philipp Kratz, Georg Reichel, Jeroen Verbruggen, and others. At the same time, he deepened his interest in cultural project management, collaborating with Federico Zeno Bassanese and the Eidart agency on the creation of cultural events.
Recently, he worked together with Federico Zeno Bassanese to create the piece Der Letzter Walzer in Staub, which premiered at Theater Magdeburg. He also presented his personal reinterpretation of the shadows from La Bayadère within the Grand Tour dance project, staged at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Magdeburg.
He currently continues his career as a dancer, while cultivating prospects increasingly oriented toward creative consulting, artistic creation, and cultural project organization.
